Thirty Financial Institutions Choose PFM Solution Developed by Lodo Software.

Jack Henry & Associates Completes Integration with Online Banking Platform and Promotes the Software to General Availability

OMAHA, Neb. -- Lodo Software, a provider of personal financial management (PFM) software for banks and credit unions, today announced that 30 financial institutions have signed on to use Lodo's OurCashFlow solution integrated with Jack Henry & Associates' NetTeller Online Banking system. Jack Henry & Associates recently completed beta testing of the integrated online financial management (OFM) solution with early-adopter banks.

Pete Hopkins, general manager of Internet solutions at Jack Henry & Associates, said, "We announced a partnership with Lodo in July and spent five months integrating and testing their software with our clients. I'm pleased to say we're now making an integrated OFM solution available to our more than 1,000 NetTeller customers. We've been highly impressed with the quality of Lodo's software, support, and the feedback from our betas who helped us deliver a world-class, high-demand solution."

Ohio Valley Bank in Gallipolis, Ohio, and Bank of American Fork in Utah are among the early adopters planning phased rollouts of the OFM solution.

Ohio Valley Bank President and CEO Jeffrey E. Smith said, "We are a mobile society. Before this solution, our customers downloaded thousands of transactions each month for analysis in their desktop personal finance software. The problem was that's where it stayed - on the desktop. We were looking for a way to better serve our mobile world. Lodo's product does that. It takes NetTeller to the next level and gives our customers the freedom and control they need and want from their bank."

Joshua Everton, assistant vice president and e-banking manager at Bank of American Fork, said, "We like the tight integration of OFM features with NetTeller and the ability to keep our brand front and center with online users. The enhancements will help us build customer loyalty and eventually drive smarter cross-sell campaigns."

OurCashFlow is designed to be bank-branded, adopting the look and feel of existing web sites. The standard PFM features - monitoring account balances and transactions, categorizing spending and net worth, and creating and managing budgets - can be grouped within a tab or embedded as standalone functions within online banking sites. OurCashFlow includes a cross-selling tool that's purpose-built for use with the PFM. It helps financial institutions organize and launch highly targeted campaigns using information gathered by the PFM platform.

Lodo markets its software directly to financial institutions while also integrating with best-of-breed online banking systems such as NetTeller.

Lodo CEO Mark Vipond said, "Consumers want help managing their money, and banks are ideally positioned to be the trusted providers of that support. We're committed to helping financial institutions launch PFM solutions that drive incremental revenue along with customer loyalty."
